Manoj Jhaveri is a seasoned operator with deep roots in the energy, cleantech, hardtech, and deeptech ecosystem. He has spent years building and leading programs that connect early-stage and growth-stage companies with the hands-on leadership they need to scale, serving as a fractional executive across strategy, operations, manufacturing, and revenue growth.

Prior to founding Togara Partners, Manoj served as Innovation Services Director and CXO Program Lead at BRITE Energy Innovators, where he built and ran one of the most active fractional executive programs in the cleantech sector, supporting companies across fundraising, commercial development, operational scale-up, and go-to-market execution.

Manoj brings to every engagement what he looks for in every partner: genuine expertise, real commitment, and the conviction that the best work happens together.
